Cons
Overall product design done without any industry use cases in mind. So you cannot expect some basic functionality in the product. Not many experts in the domain, the architect and the product owners don't know the DNS DHCP protocols and use cases. All the development work is done by copying other competitors or by integrating opensource projects. No innovation or creativity at all. There is no one named as CEO for the company and there is no proper identity for the founder (Looks like he works else where and operate TCPWave) As company with no innovation, no creativity and not much domain knowledge there is no understanding of the future of the product and the industry. Not to mention the number of product flaws which itself takes lot of time in development to fix them. Often the old developers are called to help understand the issue and the development work done by them. No culture, poor management and employees are not treated well. Many employees are 3 to 4 years old who are left with no choice. Talented hires leaves the organisation pretty soon.
