Pros
Good place to start and learn. Supportive colleagues but have to put in effort on your own to learn the tech stack in your free time. Flexible environment and bosses are understanding Compensation and benefits are quite good.
Cons
Pay increment is low and only have performance bonus which is quite low as well. Appraisal process is very rush and not very clear. Not much 1 to 1 engagement with bosses to discuss goals.
