Pros
The comapny that I work for has contracted with TCWGlobal for remote workers, I don't work directly work for TCWGlobal. They seem like a decent staffing firm, certainly better run than the previous staffing firm used by my company. They are pretty good with HR tasks such as pay, tracking pto/sick, benefits, etc. They unfortunately don't offer a true 401k match, only a small $500/yr bonus. They do offer a very generous charitable donation match, which is nice.
Cons
They did mix up some PTO policies, but corrected it after some back and forth. Minimal 401k match, only a small $500/yr bonus instead of a percentage match.
