Pros
Really enjoyed my time working there. Felt like I got so much out of this experience, such as gaining hands-on experience with SQL, gaining experience using Tableau, and learning how to juggle multiple competing priorities in order to meet deadlines in an office space. Also was a super fun place to work with a bunch of like-minded and fun individuals. The environment definitely eased any nerves I had while working there and my manager was a pleasure to work with. I really learned a ton from her that I think will help me greatly when I end up receiving my first full-time role. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking to get into the BI space!
Cons
The only one I can really think of was not being able to extend my internship for the next semester or having an opportunity to transition from being an intern to taking on a full-time role, but this was mainly because the BI team had no openings at the time and were not looking for an intern during the Spring. Besides that, not really any I can think of. Definitely the best professional experience I've had so far.
