Pros
Good pay compare to other banks or contact centre jobs Helpful management, including managers and employees Lots of activities and food on certain events Two 15 mins break and 1 hr lunch break (workers definitely need that) Good Health insurance provided. Overall good.
Cons
Lot of calls are waiting even after shift you can't go home until after all calls are answered. So very busy environment , very very stressful. Lots of Bussiness management procedures everyday learns newthings ( which is technically good for us to update ourselfs).
