Heavy debt and unreliable - Team Leader TDC Net Employee Review

The company is suffering from billion kr debt and constantly firing employees. As the CEO said publicly, minimum 30% are going to get fired. Very unstable structure. Within a year the organization changed 6 times. This makes very toxic working environment. Basically no future or job reliability. In average 50 /60 employees are getting fired every months.
