Assigned to a great leader & team (thankfully), great salary (from an Indonesian expat's perspective), workload not over & complex

Cons

The way they handle layoffs are a chaos, thumbs down to the HR department for not providing us with complete information regarding offboarding day, benefits received & social security fees.
