Pros
Most of the people are quite lovely, and you get to work fully remote.
Cons
Everything you do is timed (literally). You have to let everyone know you are going for your 30 minute lunch, and let them know when you are back. You even have to let them know if you are restarting your computer. It’s odd to feel so tracked when you are working at home and on salary.
Projects are given with little instruction.
You will get hired and then fired, and the excuse is always “we aren’t making enough money right now.” Multiple people who have worked there have been hired, fired, hired again, then fired again, all with the same excuse.
Pay is quite low compared to other companies. You don’t get benefits until 6 months in, and coincidentally they let go staff before the 6 month mark.
