      Globally admired as premium AG component manufacturer. Employees understand the needs of the AG market. Customer service and manufacturing quality is high.

      Cons

      New CEO is running top line employees from the business because of his ego and micro-management. Profits are more important than employees and short term goals are only important.

      They really care about their employees. there are opportunities to move up within the company. There is not a lot of employee turnover.

      Cons

      None really. The work is fun and the other employees are a joy to work with.

      Pros

      Many great people have worked here. It is a company with great potential under the correct leadership.

      Cons

      The CEO is horrific. Just a complete micro manager and egotistical freak. He has driven many good people away. That and the weather dependent product line have doomed the organization.
