      There are currently no pros to working here

      Cons

      Appalling leadership team. They show off record profits whilst capping salary increases at 1%-3% for achieving expectations. Inflation is currently 4% and has been as high as 11% in 2023 so this is a real terms pay cut. Only senior members are eligible for a bonus which I'm sure they will be eligible for given the profits they've just presented to us. This is grossly unfair.

      Great place to work, great people and great development opportunities

      Cons

      You do work hard, don't let them fool you in interviews. And you don't get paid that much.

      Fun but superficial perks, nice collaborative working culture within some teams

      Cons

      Poor coordination between business areas -he who shouts loudest prevails to the detriment of everybody else.
