They can sponsor your visa (the only pro but don't count on that to much)
Cons
They don't give you a confidence that you are part of their team. If they lose a contract, they need to find you another but they don't bother at all as they see you only a head who works for them so they can earn more many than you. There are better agencies out, use RLE or Altran.
