Pros
None. This was a Vendor Position Offer that was accepted based on business development and recruiting experience. The interviews seemed like a formality and they will accept anyone remotely qualified with a credit card to share. This review is by an experienced 1099 Contractor.
Cons
First Red Flag:
There are numerous promoted perks, including trips to luxurious destinations. (But, wait, vendors need to pick up travel expenses???
-Interviewers work very hard to pitch Teema: destiny vacations, how other companies stole their compensation structure???
-I made it clear from the very first interview call that I was looking for recruiting tools. It was only the last call that I was told no reimbursements would be made for SR Associates.
-If you need to pay for your recruiting seats and background checks for candidates hired. If so, then why work as a vendor?
Disneyland of Onboarding:
-They demand that all vendors be an LLC; DBAs with EINs are not acceptable.
-Expect a credit card authorization. No specifics given, just when you can expect charges to be processed each month. Once pushed for explanation, some examples of charges were given.
