      Free tickets to lots of different shows

      Cons

      Zero progression or promotions. They would rather hire outside the business than upskill and promote internal staff. Salary is not competitive Rampant bullying in some departments Toxic culture to the point it was in the news

      Pros

      Honestly a great place to work! Fun industry, good culture, good opportunities to try different roles and an exciting time in the business. New management has brought a huge positive change. It's a completely different place from some of these older reviews. Also get lots of free events!

      Probably not for you if you just want to turn up to work and be told what to do.
