The RCM side of TELCOR is very well structured

The RCS side of TELCOR is ran poorly from the leadership. They promote poor leadership and behavior. The team that manages the claims is poor and loses a lot of money. Concerns are pushed off as the customers fault when in reality it is the TELCOR teams fault. High concerns have been taken to the COO and sales leadership with no action. Pulled business from them.
