Run for your life: If they offer you a job, don't take it. The interview is easy because they don't hire quality people; they just need bodies to fill seats. Top-Heavy Ego: Every second person is a "Director" with a massive ego. They’ve done so many acquisitions they have no identity left, and the culture is a mess. Tech-Illiterate: They call themselves an AI company, but half the staff doesn't even know how to move an Excel sheet to Google Sheets. They hate using actual technology. Impossible Pressure: Management "belly rolls" for clients, promising impossible deadlines just to please them, then crushes the employees to meet them. Basic Equipment: They give you garbage tools that can barely do the job. Disposable Employees: They do mass firings and hide behind the phrase "efficiency adjustments." The leadership has no clue; the trajectory is purely downhill.
