Pros

None really just the benefits and some coworkers

Cons

The work environment is deeply toxic and poorly managed. On my first day back from vacation, there was a serious incident on the floor where an employee was yelling and threatening others. Leadership present at the time failed to intervene, and the situation was only deescalated by supervisors from another area. Afterward, no follow-up or accountability occurred, and operations continued as if nothing had happened. Leadership overall is disengaged and ineffective. There is a lack of basic communication, visibility, and concern for employee safety and well-being. Employees are frequently required to work through lunches or breaks with little regard for labor standards or personal needs. Many are afraid to speak up because HR consistently sides with management, leaving employees feeling unprotected and unheard. The workplace feels chaotic and unsafe. Employees are pitted against one another, resources are taken without consequence, and management only intervenes when it impacts them directly. This creates a culture of fear, mistrust, and self-preservation rather than teamwork. Communication is extremely poor. Errors are routinely blamed on frontline employees, stress levels are constant, and there is no sense of shared responsibility. HR is ineffective and unprofessional—confidentiality is not respected, concerns are shared with management, and employees do not trust the process. The company promotes itself as inclusive and supportive, but that image does not match reality. Employees are exploited, dysfunction on the floor is tolerated, and employee well-being is clearly not a priority.

Pros

remote job that pays well, provides all equipment, and had benefits. The whole process of getting hired was an ease and they have overtime available. Sr advisors were nice and flexible if you have kids and appointments. i worked 2 months postpartum

Cons

Lack of social interaction, There's a lot of terminology and scripts you have to learn and you have to really apply yourself mentally. you are graded on each call for staying on script and all aspects of the workflow.

Pros

50% of the people and the projects are awesome. Your experience really depends on where/when you get allocated.

Cons

The internal initiatives are usually horrible. Client work solves real problems, but if you get stuck on an internal initiative, you'll just end up doing nonsensical work at the drop of a hat, trying to please program directors who lack vision and a basic understanding of product.
