Pros
The office location, which I never got the chance to experience because of the permanent work from home since the Covid pandemic.
Cons
1. Evil work culture, favoritism & biased decisions are the common practices in TELUS International, Noida. 2. Most of the managers are illiterate and can't speak properly! They are clueless about the projects, causing doubts & misinformation among the team members which results in escalations from the clients & even losing the project. There is a term called "Sleeping Partners" in a business here are "Sleeping Managers". 3. No Work-Life Balance! You have to work on Saturdays! Sometimes they will even make you work on Sundays without any Compensatory off. 4. Here only those people are promoted & get appraisals, who are good at boot liking. Talented people get laid off! Never join the company.
