Pros
My experience with Telus International has been highly disappointing. The work culture is extremely toxic, with no proper work-life balance. Long hours and unrealistic expectations leave little room for personal or family time. Management is largely unsupportive, especially when employees need help or clarification. Rather than offering guidance or constructive feedback, mistakes are met with harsh consequences. A friend of mine was terminated after 6 months for a minor error, with no real opportunity for improvement or correction. The worst part is the lack of job security — even a small issue can result in pressure to resign, and in some cases, employees are threatened with termination if they don’t submit a resignation themselves. This creates a highly stressful and unsafe environment for growth. I wouldn't recommend Telus International to anyone looking for stability, support, or a healthy work environment.
Cons
No work-life balance; long and rigid working hours. Highly stressful environment with unrealistic expectations. Lack of support from managers during critical situations. No proper feedback or mentoring for employee improvement. Job security is almost non-existent — even minor mistakes can lead to termination. Employees are sometimes pressured to resign rather than being supported through challenges. Overall culture promotes fear, not growth
