Pros
This company was established to develop the next generation super high speed wifi chip. This is a good place for passionate engineers to polish their skills in a cutting-edge project. And the project is going very well. Employees will be able to enjoy the fruits of victory soon. Management have been completely changed. The new top manager is very friendly. I feel much more relaxed now.
Cons
This is not a place to enjoy retirement life like what you can do in some well-established companies. Tape-out comes every a few months.
