Could be great but stuck in the past - Leadership TESSCO Employee Review

The CEO holds this company in the past. Internal systems are command line DOS based and severely limit what you can do both internally and for the customers. Management is forced to micromanage. Focused on task activity vs. strategy. This comes from the CEO on down. There is a system in place where you have to log your movements all day. They look down on things like working from home or casual Friday or some of the basics you see in a modern company. Again this is driven from the CEO on down.
