Pros

Employees at TFAS are hard-working and nice for the most part. TFAS programs have great impact on students' personal and professional development.

Cons

Due to low salaries (low), inflexible office policies and expectations to work a lot of hours, there is a high turnover rate at TFAS. The remaining employees are often left with a lot of loose ends that never seem to get tied up because of the constant turn of staff. In addition, the senior management refuses to change the business model. It's clear from numbers of enrolled students and declining revenue that the model is no longer working. With the heightened cost of higher education, students can no longer afford programs and TFAS must adapt to deliver their message in a different model. In the office, seniority is determined by age, not experience. The work culture is not diverse and not open-minded to ideas outside of the company's ideals of conservative values and free-market economies.
