Company allows work from home

I left my previous job to join TFG because I was looking for long-term stability and growth. During my time there, I consistently performed well, met my targets, and contributed positively to the team for nearly a year. Then, on a Monday, I received a call from HR informing me that my position was being eliminated as part of a layoff. Within minutes of that conversation, my access to company systems was revoked, and later that same day, I was instructed to return my equipment. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy and communication throughout the process. There was no transparency regarding the restructuring, and the experience felt disconnected from the values the company promotes.

work from home, very big on culture and family. I've worked many places in my life that said "family first" but TFG means it, I've never been denied time off, I've always been excused without any repercussions when it came to my family's health. The communication here is unmatched, there's always a plan/direction that is well advised. So much room for growth/opportunity and while the company is ever changing it's for the best! Even though we work from home, it feels like a family every morning you log in, there is always someone around to help if need be.
