Pros
This is an amazing and rewarding place to work. The owner of the company is extremely versed on the industry and is a very good teaching/trainer. Management is very supportive and they are always willing to help when there’s an issue. This company is very good to its employees, the best I’ve ever seen….we definitely feel appreciated.
Cons
Management does play favorites. It makes me feel "less then" or like an outcast. I've noticed a lot of "favorites" within the sales department. I wish everyone was treated the same.
