      Good for gaining new experience

      Cons

      Extra workload Zero increment for the past 3 years, since after covid. Resigned staff replaced with operation worker, for cost saving purposes. Zero knowledge worker Top glove management increases the rest time for worker, to reduce OT pay per day. Before got 3 hours/day. Now only 2.5 hours/day.

      - Good environment to gain experience - Helpful colleagues and supervisors - Learn a lot by projects given - Management is helpful during whole internship

      Cons

      - Some production lines are quite old but it's worth it because we can see where to improve based on given project - Management seems unprepared during our report duty (maybe due to Covid surge at the place that time)
