Good people at the bottom, but poor leadership overall - Director TGS-NOPEC Employee Review

Mess with technologies and little kingdoms. No real leaders who know technology and have a strategy (the few good ones were laid off or they quit themselves). Gender balance only matters at the bottom. At the top only men have budgets and positions of power. Messy competition between leaders. No company culture in UK and Norway.
