      free drinks for the staff which is nice

      stressful, demanding, each elder staff member will say different things to you which is confusing, despite them having an SOP. saw a staff member clipping fingernails at the counter. made me disgusted.

      Weak management team, spreads rumours about colleagues to other colleagues to create distrust and give them the illusion of control. Sets unrealistic targets and push blame.
