If the Founder can promote from within, that is always the first option. Growth of the team is the most important.

Like any agency, there is a pace to the work and times in the year when events and other client needs can be busier. Not necessarily a con, but something to know when going into any agency setting.

Working here has been a genuinely rewarding experience. The team is incredibly collaborative and supportive; including weekly check-ins, ongoing feedback, and overall everyday encouragement, there’s a strong sense of community. Everyone is willing to jump in and help, no matter the category or task, and that support is especially felt during busy seasons or event planning. What really stood out since I started is growth available within the company. We have annual check-ins to reflect on progress and set clear goals, and I’ve seen every member of my team receive a well-deserved promotion since I joined. Leadership actively invests in development, and I’ve had the opportunity to learn directly from mentors who are generous with their time and insights. The company culture is also very positive; team wins are celebrated together, no matter how big or small. It’s motivating to work in an environment where recognition is shared across all levels. Weekly meetings are thoughtfully structured to not only align the team, but to guide us through new platforms, tools, and best practices, which keeps everyone learning and improving. The hybrid schedule has been a huge plus, offering real work-life balance, and the PTO policy and other perks make it clear that the company values our well-being.

There are busy seasons that require extra hours for events or activations, but the team is great about stepping in to support one another when that happens.
