Pros
Having worked at a number of agencies of varying sizes throughout my career, I can say that I've never felt such a powerful sense of professional camaraderie - even during the pandemic when we're not able to be with each other in-person. The agency has a curated assortment of clients that matches our own core values and treat us as an extension of our team. Team members at every level are given opportunity to touch nearly every facet of the business, and mentorship is offered and encouraged across teams. Overall, we have an incredibly talented group of publicists and is a direct reflection of our rapid growth over the past few months. While work can sometimes feel overwhelming (it's the nature of the industry), PTO is encouraged and maintaining a work/life balance is a priority. Despite the company being bi-coastal, time zones are respected.
Cons
Some days can be quite busy and feel overwhelming, but it's the nature of any service-oriented business. Certain admin processes and procedures can be confusing; however, we've made strides in the past couple of months by expanding our onboarding document, creating checklists with assigned tasks, and hiring an operations manager.
