good location, good benefits. worked with some great talented people.

Base Salary too low, inexperienced management, understaffed, long hours, no work life balance, not good for moving up. Many exceptionally talented people are let go and performance doesn't even play into the decision. Bonuses can vary greatly.

An extremely positive and upbeat office environment. Everyone is genuinely nice and very professional. I worked under temporary contract yet took so much away from my experience than I had from any other previous employment.

No cons from the employer at all. Only con was my commute time being extremely long. Parking was also very hard to find; private parking was also very hard to find and costly.
