The team is growing fast, you can lead your own team, Ideas are welcome, and everyone is nice (anyone that isn't helpful is weeded out quickly). A lot of self-learning on the go. A lot of opportunities to grow :)
Cons
The app needs more updates on the engineering side, and better communication between that specific team in order to deliver and pitch to its full potential. Of course, this is something being worked on, but it has to go hand in hand with what is being presented :)
