Pros
This is a review that comes after spending considerable amount of time in this company. I joined this company as a fresher when I was in real need of mentors who would help me shape my understanding of UI/UX and product building in general. And boy, did I make the right choice! The first thing you'll notice when you join the company is that they are serious about building products that work. They are serious about the effort and thinking that go behind building products that are successful. The way they emphasize on understanding business, understanding the user through exploratory research, putting psychological principles to use to make products sticky and ensuring products come out developed with finesse. All in all, you will get a good taste of how products are actually built in the real world. The culture is quite nice too. Leadership certainly gives you ownership and autonomy albeit giving you guidance in delivering projects. They are almost always trying to build an environment of collaboration wherein people are teaching each other things. It's not "All work and no play", as every day is filled with fun too. When you come here, you will find the floor to be filled with people who work and laugh together. It surely is a vibrant and youthful company to come and work in. I can conclude by saying that it takes a lot of effort to make something great. Sometimes it can take long hours to crack something of quality. Because ultimately one needs to have the drive and patience to learn and become better UX practitioner. So, if you are someone like this. then THEM consulting could be a good place to kickstart/continue your career in design.
Cons
Wherever you go, you will have challenges. You just need to find the right people to help you in solving your problems. Fortuntely the management has always given me the oppotunity to be open to them and I have happily accepted their help whenever required.
