Pros
This company really does care about its employees and patients. They work hard to streamline their different divisions and management interacts with all. There are no divisions between staff and management. They are a tight knit family and all employees I interacted with were kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my time with the company.
Cons
For perfectionist, it may not be the best company as things need to move fast for the quality care of the patients. But they company does try to work with everyone’s personalities. It is hard to come up with a con for the company, may be for the division I was in was making the area more of a priority for managers and a little more training time, especially on how to talk with patients regarding their understanding for the division.
