Pros
- Great team, truly amazing people - Superb products: not doing the things which were done before, but going above and beyond - Huge opportunities (for those to grab them). It's not uncommon for people to start here and make their way to a leading role, but it's up to you to grab the opportunities and make a difference.
Cons
There are still a few people which don't really fit. The company culture is one which focusses on taking ownership and having an impact, but unfortunately not everybody does this. This can slow things down at times.
