      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere; since it is a small company, pretty much everyone in the company knows everyone else and we tend to get along reasonably well. Also, they give out plenty of free snacks, which is always a good thing.

      Cons

      Senior management are all related (CEO and CTO are brothers, CEO is married to CFO), and occasionally, family politics will spill over into office politics. This happens rarely enough that I'm still giving this company 5 stars.

      There are no cons that I can find in the company. I would highly recommend to work here if you get a chance.
