This job works well for someone who likes interacting with people and handling different requests. I appreciate that managers make expectations clear and don't change priorities without notice. Different member situations make the work interesting, and the days usually pass quickly because there's always something to take care of.

I worked with some genuinely competent people on the team.

I had no clear understanding of what I was supposed to be working toward or what success even looked like. Management constantly shifted strategies without explanation, and changes were often learned through rumors or not communicated at all. Requests for direction were repeatedly ignored, forcing me to make decisions without any real guidance. There was no meaningful feedback or oversight to indicate whether my work was on the right track. Each day felt reactive because there was no clear sense of priorities or overall direction. I spent far more time confused and frustrated than actually being productive.
