Pros

+ Small company (cool perks like twice a month team lunches, half-day Friday, corporate retreats) + Flexible arrangements, work remotely if needed + GREAT team, smart, engaged, passionate about their work + Innovative culture, push to constantly think differently and do what makes sense vs. doing something because "its always been done that way" + Warm and welcoming work spaces in great communities + Fun, interesting client base, always something different to work on

Cons

- Small company (have to be open to wearing many hats and being a team player, be nimble to quick change and redirection, figuring out appropriate benefit structure health/vacation/retirement)

Pros

The People - Felt like a group of friends, not a dull environment. Challenging - You WILL learn & grown at THREE.

Cons

No off switch. If you're not up for challenges & increasing responsibility, this isn't the right place for you.

Pros

- Fun company culture (lots of drinking, team outings, chilled-out vibe in terms of dress) - "Start up" vibe, but lots of big name clients - Very loose sick day/work from home policy - Company-issued iPhone & Macbook, option to have them pay for your cell service if you make your work and phone number the same - Generally good people to work with, familial vibe - Direct contact with execs, partners, etc - 401k eligible after 6 months - Annual company retreats (aka drinking olympics)

Cons

- Little direction for entry level workers - Execs are still figuring out what being an executive means - Training and procedures are almost non-existent - CEO has the same personality as that guy you knew in college who pissed people off all the time by saying and doing inappropriate stuff, but somehow was charming and smarmy enough to be able to keep hanging out - No insurance (at the time I was there, this might have changed) - Has 4 offices in 2 different time zones despite employing less than 30 people, because the partners can't get along and need to be several hours apart from one another to avoid blowing the company up. - Open office spaces make it too easy to hear people talking on the phone about coworkers (in review calls etc)
