Pros

I was very excited to get an opportunity to work in a medical office, and to get to take care of people, even though my position was more or less paper-pushing rather than direct patient care. I loved the patients and I loved the entire original staff of particular office that I was placed in directly after TLC aquired them. it is truly a shame what they have done to the place since then.

Cons

Everything! From HR to the site administrators, these people are downright PREDATORY and willing to take advantage of people who genuinely care about the quality of their work, as well as caring for the actual patients they are serving. They heap praise on the lazy ones that do nothing while being quick to fire and/or lay off anyone who dares in even a professional manner to question their methods, especially when it comes to things that matter, such as handing out stickers to pediatric patients after a well-visit that involved immunizations! They will lie, lie, lie and change your employee file to better toot their own horns and pay absolutely nothing. The pay and the hours are deplorable, as well as no room for growth! My advice would be to run as fast as you can in the other direction!
