Pros
This is a collection of some of the best people I've ever worked with and met. The company is rapidly growing so there is much opportunity to learn and advance your career. The management is incredible kind and caring and the overall energy in the building is that of a team-oriented, positive group.
Cons
Somewhat inconsistent in the day-to-day tasks when customer orders are low during the off-seasons, but management always offers full hours to employees who want it.
