Pros
I have never worked in an organization where the people look out for each other to help them grow and move the company forward. THS has grown substantially in the time I have been here but even so, leadership still makes an effort to stay connected and approachable. There’s a real focus on doing things the right way by investing in technology and investing in people. You can feel that the company is evolving in a positive direction, and it’s exciting to be part of that growth.
Cons
Like any growing company things can move quickly and priorities can sometimes shift. Staying ahead of it with constant communication would be helpful.
