      Low Wages. not to many projects going ,company seems to be on a down hill slide, safety culture is on the verge of harassment and disrespectfulness

      They care about their employees. They pay well and safety is their #1 priority.

      It is getting harder for craft employees to find work.

      Pros

      The money is fair. Upper management seems to genuinely care about the well being of their employees. Employs a diverse group of people.

      Cons

      Been almost 10 years exclusively with TIC and have maintained an impeccable safety record and very good record of performance and now there seems to be no work for me. There is no loyalty with TIC. My history with them seems to be exactly that. HISTORY!
