      Pros

      There is room for advancement.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. No Overtime for salaried employees regardless of number of hours you put in weekly. Only uplift which ends up been peanuts. Put it this way, the more hours you work, the less pay you get. Wierd right?

      They care about their employees. They pay well and safety is their #1 priority.

      Cons

      It is getting harder for craft employees to find work.

      Pros

      The money is fair. Upper management seems to genuinely care about the well being of their employees. Employs a diverse group of people.

      Cons

      Been almost 10 years exclusively with TIC and have maintained an impeccable safety record and very good record of performance and now there seems to be no work for me. There is no loyalty with TIC. My history with them seems to be exactly that. HISTORY!
