Pros
Entrepreneurial environment. Good team atmosphere. Grows leaders from within. People tend to stay (although tide is shifting due to parent company interference). I would give the Tilcon Connecticut company four stars for career opportunities if not for management changes and how they have affected Tilcon. Opportunities for advancement are decreasing.
Cons
Disorganized patent company rolls out too many initiatives and changes direction too frequently. . Expects already already overburdened employees to do this work as well.
