Pros

Good colleagues at the working level. Exposure if you’re willing to take on additional responsibilities.

Cons

The new 3.0 management lacks clear direction. Priorities change often, and employees are expected to figure things out through trial and error. When things go wrong, the blame usually falls on the team, not professional. Office politics and favoritism are common. Performance ratings depend more on your relationship with your manager than your actual work. There are also many crony new hires brought in at higher salaries as part of the transformation, while existing employees have limited career growth. Compensation is generally below market. Salary increments and bonuses are modest and favoritism, may not reflect individual performance Career growth is largely limited to self-paced online courses. While the company provides access to LinkedIn learning, there is little investment in external training, certifications, or structured development programs. Parking is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you park roadside, you do so at your own risk and may receive parking fines. Dinosaur systematic.

Pros

Huge opportunities to develop our skills. All employees have access to LinkedIn Learning, so learning is always available to us.

Cons

Expectation is high, so stress level can be quite high at times with the new projects coming in. Heavy on self learn, so if you don't plan well, you will be left behind.
