The leadership, particularly CEO Sumit Chachra, was really smart and fostered a strong sense of innovation and product care. The company struck a unique balance between the agility of a lean startup and the stability of job security. Tivix worked with an amazing mix of clients, from cutting-edge startups to global NGOs, offering challenging and rewarding projects. The loyal and growing client base was a testament to the company’s stellar reputation.

Toward the beginning of Tivix’s acquisition by Kellton, I started noticing subtle changes in the company’s trajectory and culture. While I left early in the acquisition process, it was apparent that some of the unique attributes that made Tivix stand out were starting to shift. Reports since then suggest the transition has further impacted what made Tivix special.

The culture here considers professional growth to be very valuable: latest technical trends, knowledge sharing, and stipends. Work projects come from a variety of clients. You will be exposed to many different industry sectors to learn their unique technological problem.

There is a growing pain as the organization goes through changes. Salary expectation is somewhat vague. There is not much room for career growth. Given your job title, You may experience hitting a ceiling when it comes to personal growth. Job title can mean not much here as the seniority standard for engineers is really vague.
