Pros

Great management at the store level Diverse workers of all ages and ethnicities I enjoy my regular customers Always something to do The company provides snacks and has lots of morale-boosting activities

Cons

Lots of customers to serve and freight to be run but not enough help to do the work. High turnover rate Low pay Too much emphasis placed upon selling rewards credit card. Meeting goal is never good enough because they always expect more. All management talks about in the headset all day is obtaining cards and forms personal opinions of employees based on their ability to get cards.

Pros

nice break room, lovely employees and supervisors so far!

Cons

barely any hours for anyone, corporate is shady. lied about hiring (they put out a hiring table with business cards even though our store was NOT hiring and our employees were barely getting any work) and they are anti-union
