Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
