Pros

I made enough money to make car payments and pay for gas while I was completing my bachelors degree. Some of my managers were kind and generally nice people to be around. I've heard about worse places to work. The company seems to be doing well and I appreciate their overall rules for procedures and work time and their values when it comes to lgbt and other minorities.

Cons

Even though I worked very hard and was serious about my job for six years, I never felt like my managers took me seriously. I got very little recognition for when I went above and beyond. I feel like older people sometimes got more recognition for simply doing their job. People get hired and quit very frequently. This includes managers, so you constantly have to readjust to your job. Some of those managers and associates are very difficult to deal with... Just remember it's all temporary.
