Pros

Pretty relaxed place to work, always free food in the breakroom

Cons

If you're working front end, you really have to push the credit card and maintain a certain percentage of sign-ups. A lot of employees can't handle this pressure and I felt back for having to reinforce it. Customers are awful because company will give them whatever they want and won't follow their own company policies in order to please customers. It's to the extent that sometimes people would just come with items without a tag, receipt, or any evidence that they bought if from us and my manager would still approve the return just to make them happy. It was frustrating. Also, compensation was terrible and the upper management attitude was literally, and I quote, "If anyone doesn't like it, you can go work at McDonalds."
