      Great products, excellent support on products. High level management seems to be good.

      Cons

      Absolutely terrible local execution of service and maintenance . Serious lack of leadership. Regional management does not provide enough oversight of unqualified local management . No oversight at all at regional and local levels of corporate policies. Sales staff is pathetic on service end. Local management is so short sighted they need a white cane.
