Too many changes and not enough structure Good ol boys club You have to know when to leave a position. If you stay too long and come across someone in a higher-up position who has it out for you, they will drain your happiness in that position and keep you from moving around. HR can be nice but remember, they look out for their own. For the most part, upper management and higher-ups all look the same. The more diverse departments are treated poorly. If you have an issue, you have to Document EVERYTHING. People in your corner will protect themselves, and you should do the same.
